Responsibilities

Be the main contact for rooms reservations and provide the best first impression of Bab Al Shams Desert Resort to all callers.
Convert inquiries into contracted business and respond positively to sales inquiries with a focus on revenue maximization and quality.
Input reservation data accurately in the Opera system and issue confirmations quickly.
Upsell resort outlets and facilities and show knowledge about other resort facilities when answering questions.
Explain guarantees and cancellation policies to callers and manage guest expectations.
Coordinate with Concierge and Restaurant reservations for transfers and bookings as needed.
