Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island is a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah seeking a Reservations Agent to welcome guests and reflect the exceptional experience they expect upon arrival.

As part of the role, you will offer consistent, friendly service, maximize revenue through upselling, and assist guests with information and special requests while managing reservations and guest data accurately in the system.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE.
• Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera will be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling.
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.
