Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, a 5‑star beachfront property, is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to welcome guests from arrival through departure and ensure a memorable experience. You will greet guests, handle check‑in and requests with exceptional service, actively promote hotel facilities for upsells, and build lasting relationships with guests and stakeholders using Opera.

Multilingual abilities in Arabic, German, Russian or French are a plus to support premium

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as Guest Relations for a 5‑star resort in UAE.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, German, Russian or French) are a plus for premium guest interactions.
• Prior experience working with Opera is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience and upsell hotel facilities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with guests and stakeholders.
