Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, seeks a Reservations Agent to welcome guests and reflect the exceptional experience they expect on arrival. Manage bookings with accuracy and assist guest requests.

Requirements include at least 2 years’ UAE Reservations experience, English fluency, and Opera experience preferred; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. Permanent full-time position within Accor group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE.
• Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera will be preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
