Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Hostess to join our dining team. You will greet guests with warmth, explain menu items, and guide them through beverage choices to ensure a memorable guest experience.

You will maintain strong knowledge of our beverage lists and promotions, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver flawless service in a busy luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience as a Hostess in a reputed hotel/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of F&B products.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
• Capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Should have min. 1 year experience as a Hostess for a reputed Hotel/Restaurant
• Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
