Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island invites you to join our Reservations team as a Reservations Agent in Ras Al Khaimah. You will welcome guests, manage enquiries, and secure bookings that reflect the exceptional guest experience we promise on arrival.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a 5-star hotel/resort in the UAE, a guest-focused attitude, and familiarity with Opera. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Should have min 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE.
• Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera will be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
