Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, a 5‑star beachfront property, is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to welcome guests from arrival through departure and ensure a memorable experience. You will greet guests, handle check‑in and requests with exceptional service, actively promote hotel facilities for upsells, and build lasting relationships with guests and stakeholders using Opera.

Multilingual abilities in Arabic, German, Russian or French are a plus to support premium

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as Guest Relations for a 5‑star resort in UAE.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, German, Russian or French) are a plus for premium guest interactions.
• Prior experience working with Opera is mandatory.

Guest Relations Officer

First impressions are everything! As a Guest Relations Officer, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring you have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
• Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
