Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay at a 5-star resort. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, respond to requests with exemplary service, and actively promote hotel facilities while looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through upselling.

Qualifications

• min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Being Multilingual (Arabic / German / Russian / French) would be a Plus
• Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills

Your experience and skills include:

• Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
