You will manage rental transactions end-to-end, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing to generate leads. Strong UAE real estate knowledge and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in the related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate rentals, property sales, or property management with proven team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, rental procedures, tenancy contracts, and Ejari.
• RERA certification is preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving rental targets, generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, property portals, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead rental team, set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and provide guidance and coaching.
• Develop business strategies to increase rental revenue and identify property sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors.
• Source new properties, generate leads, manage listings, and coordinate property viewings and client negotiations.
• Oversee rental transactions from initial inquiry through agreement and completion.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, property prices, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote properties and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate property records and oversee tenancy contracts, Ejari, renewals, and related documentation.
• Address landlord and tenant concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, viewings, conversions, revenue, and team performance.
• Collaborate with management on business development, revenue targets, and growth strategies.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations.
