Job summary

AirAD is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in Abu Dhabi's property management and short-term rental sectors. You will acquire property owners and investors, build strategic partnerships, and uncover new revenue opportunities across the emirate.

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, develop proposals, and negotiate agreements to secure new management opportunities. A strong network in Abu Dhabi real estate and a proven BD track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in Abu Dhabi real estate, property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and investment landscape.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline, negotiate, and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with AirAD's commercial objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams across Abu Dhabi.
• Support AirAD's expansion and long-term commercial growth.
• Identify, engage, and convert property owners, landlords, investors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend AirAD property management and short-term rental solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, revenue projections, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate agreements and secure new property management opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Property Management teams.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to support improvements.
• Monitor Abu Dhabi's property market, competitor activity, and opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare forecasts for senior management.
