Job summary

مجموعة الطاير is seeking a Rental Sales Executive for our Dubai location to assist walk-in and phone inquiries, book cars, and communicate rental charges and availability. You will draft rental agreements and arrange timely car delivery in prime condition.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections on return, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with guidelines. You will also manage overdue agreements, supervise drivers, and ensure smooth daily operations at the counter.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of rental sales experience in GCC market.

Responsibilities

• Receive enquiries from walk-in customers or telephone, take bookings, and provide information on availability and rental charges.
• Ensure operational guidelines are met while servicing customers.
• Prepare rental agreements and arrange car delivery in good condition.
• Ensure returned vehicles are checked for damages, mileage, etc., and process payments.
• Check for overdue agreements daily and collect payments from clients monthly.
• Inspect vehicle hygiene and quality before delivery to clients.
• Coordinate with location drivers and update the police system as needed.
• Handle disputed payments and traffic fines; liaise with customers for timely recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional image at the counter and office area.
• Forward daily rental documents to the main office.

To transact car rental services with prospective customers delivering high standards of customer service in line with customer’s profile and contribute in achieving the targets

Responsibilities

• Receive enquiries from the walk in customers/telephone, take bookings, and provide information on the availability and rental charges.
• Ensure operational guidelines are met while servicing the customers.
• Check the customers’ credentials and drivers’ license draw up a rental agreement and arrange to deliver the car to the customers in a prim condition.
• Ensure the cars returned are checked by the drivers for damages, mileage etc, process the payment for the customer and obtain the relevant approvals and documentation from them.
• Check for overdue agreements on a daily basis.
• Timely collection of payments due from clients on a monthly basis
• Physically check the vehicles for the hygiene and quality before delivered to the client.
• Control OT for all location drivers
• Timely update of Police system
• Liaise with the customers incase of disputed payments of traffic fines etc to ensure timely recovery
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the counter to portray a professional image.
• Ensure documents like rental agreements, daily sales report etc are forwarded to the Main office on a daily basis.
