Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional Team in the UAE seeks an experienced Institutional Sales professional to acquire and manage a portfolio of global VIP clients. You will expand relationships, craft key service processes, and coordinate with product and marketing teams to deliver tailored crypto solutions.

The role requires strong communication, an international financial background, and ability to travel for bespoke events while coordinating with overseas partners in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

3–10 years in sales and client services with international financial background (banking, investments, FX)
Portfolio includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks
Fluency in English and Arabic for coordinating with overseas partners

Responsibilities

Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients
Expand relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and needs analysis
Build and optimize customer service processes and track key client status
Analyze user behavior, identify needs, write reports, and coordinate with departments for product feedback
