Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based in the UAE to lead distributor partnerships across the Gulf region. You will enable partners, drive growth, and coordinate with Cohesity sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to expand Cohesity's footprint.

The role requires building joint business plans, driving bookings, and ensuring effective distributor enablement. Travel across the Gulf region and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of channel/distribution management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Gulf markets and quota achievement.
• Experience growing top distribution-managed partners across Gulf region.
• Experience coordinating marketing investments with distributors and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design and execute distributor engagement strategies.
• Experience working with customers and technology partners in Gulf Region.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage groups of varying sizes.
• Willingness to travel >50% including across Gulf region and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage distributor partnerships, align with joint business plans to grow pipeline in the Gulf region.
• Create awareness and demand for Cohesity through distributor partners.
• Collaborate with distributors to drive bookings and joint GTM execution.
• Forecast distributor pipeline in coordination with e-sales teams.
• Develop and lead a distributor-specific sales strategy and business plan.
• Enable distributor sales/technical teams per GTM plan with clear outcomes.
• Track distributor performance and address enablement gaps.
• Coordinate marketing activities with distributors and Cohesity resources in the Eastern Europe region.
