• Monitor revenue, bookings, and backlog against targets.
• Develop financial and legal acumen related to distribution business.
• Deploy risk mitigation actions to enable target achievement.
• Evaluate distributor sales pipeline and deploy demand generation.
• Align distributor inventory levels to sales targets.
• Monitor and update distributor installed base data.
• Assess parts consumption in accordance with the installed base.
