Job summary

Innovate Solution Limited is seeking a driven business-development professional to grow our travel-technology customer base in the Middle East. You will identify and qualify B2B prospects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar, conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations, and guide deals from first contact to signed customer.

You will collaborate with product and technical teams in Ras Al Khaimah, Dhaka and Singapore to tailor proposals and ensure smooth onboarding, including

Qualifications

• Experienced in B2B sales or business development — travel, travel technology or SaaS preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Confident presenting software to owners and senior decision-makers.
• Organised, target-driven and disciplined about follow-up.
• Comfortable with in-person client meetings in Dubai and business travel to Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar.
• Quick to learn new software and explain technical products in simple terms.
• Familiar with how travel agencies and tour operators work (GDS, NDC, hotel and B2B booking platforms are a plus).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a remote, multi-country team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify B2B prospects in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar.
• Run discovery meetings and product demonstrations, in person and online, with owners and decision-makers.
• Match prospect needs to Innovate Solution products and prepare tailored proposals.
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed customer, and keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Represent Innovate Solution at client meetings, industry events and travel trade shows in the region.
• Work with product, technical and onboarding teams so new customers go live smoothly.
• Report on pipeline, market feedback and competitor activity in the Middle East.
