Lever, Inc. seeks a Director of Professional Services, WordPress VIP, based in United Arab Emirates, to lead an enterprise delivery organization and shape scalable services. The role combines operational leadership with commercial ownership and a focus on AI-driven delivery improvements.

You will manage migrations, implementations, and complex engagements for enterprise customers, collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management from a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Professional Services or delivery teams.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise SaaS/PaaS engagements.
• Proven ownership of revenue, margin, and pricing beyond delivery.
• Experience applying AI to delivery and operations.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and customers.
• Track record coaching delivery leaders and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Professional Services org of engineers and delivery managers.
• Own delivery performance, health, scope, and timelines.
• Develop AI-augmented delivery capabilities to accelerate value.
• Define and price a portfolio of repeatable services.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements and drive expansion.
• Set strategic direction within the Customer Experience leadership team.
• Differentiate services and ensure feedback loops with product.
• Represent services to senior stakeholders and customers.
