Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company seeks an AI Technician based in the United Arab Emirates for a remote role that applies AI, automation, and data-driven technology across finance, operations, and business functions.

You will research, implement, and optimize AI models and workflows, connect systems like POS, accounting, forecasting, and BI dashboards, and train teams to adopt AI solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, automation platforms, data processing, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of AI models, automation workflows, APIs, data flows, and business technology systems.
• Experience integrating business applications across finance, accounting, operations, or related functions.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Looker Studio or comparable BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research, assess, and recommend AI technologies and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Deploy and optimize AI models, automation tools, and integrated workflows across functions.
• Integrate platforms for invoice automation, forecasting, labor optimization, and financial reconciliation.
• Connect POS and accounting systems using automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Develop internal AI dashboards to monitor financial, labor, and operations performance.
• Monitor AI systems and automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and improve scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into day-to-day processes.
• Provide technical support, training, and clear documentation for AI applications.
