Lever, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First based in the United Arab Emirates. You will build high-scale AI-first applications with Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Angular/TypeScript on the frontend, owning end-to-end cloud delivery in a remote setup.

You’ll apply AI coding agents to accelerate development while upholding security, architecture quality, and maintainability. The team emphasizes autonomy, continuous learning, and high-impact product ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot on backend.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience with AI coding assistants or interest in agentic development workflows.
• Ability to review AI-generated code for security and reliability.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own product development within an autonomous engineering team.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications with Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend.
• Use AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate coding and delivery.
• Review AI-generated code for functionality, architecture, security, and scalability.
• Take end-to-end ownership from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with teammates and adapt frontend/backend priorities.
• Maintain secure application practices and identify vulnerabilities.
