Job summary

Anaplan in UAE is seeking a highly driven Senior Solution Implementation Manager to lead complex deployments of our Connected Planning platform for enterprise customers in the Middle East.

You will own delivery governance, scope, budgets, and stakeholder alignment from C-level to end users, with a focus on turnaround, agility, and executive influence. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that shapes strategic enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable history of exemplary program or project management across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors.
• Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, able to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive Delivery Excellence: lead end-to-end deployments with governance, scoping, and risk management.
• Be the Strategic Anchor: primary delivery contact aligning with customer stakeholders up to the C-suite.
• Master Complex Programs: navigate multi-faceted programs balancing scope, risk, budget, and resourcing.
• Accelerate Decision-Making: anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions across design, testing, timelines, and change management.
• Build Consensus: negotiate, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum across diverse teams.
• Champion Excellence: implement the Anaplan Way to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
