Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced reporting analysts to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on building dashboards, dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for executive and stakeholder use.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of BI experience, strong SQL skills, and exceptional written communication with attention to detail. This remote opportunity offers flexible hours (5–20/week) and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: executive KPI dashboards, monthly performance decks, ad hoc SQL data pulls, data quality and validation checklists, and self-serve reporting templates.
• Develop dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data-driven business narratives for stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc SQL data pulls, ensure data quality and validation, and contribute to self-serve reporting templates.
