Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help train an advanced language model using professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, while auditing pipeline hygiene and crafting dashboards for leadership.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $100/hour for experienced professionals who can work independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations with field-mapping schemas and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
