Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced business intelligence analysts to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role centers on building dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data-driven narratives for executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.

This is a flexible, remote engagement with 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of BI experience, SQL fluency, and proficiency with at least one BI tool to craft

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
