Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced credit analysts to train AI language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will evaluate and refine outputs across discount cash flow models, trading comps, and investment memoranda.

You will craft expert-level documents and slides with meticulous attention to detail, supporting institutional stakeholders. This remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: DCF valuation models, trading comps, credit risk memos, LBO models, covenant summaries, and investment committee memos
• Produce high-quality financial analysis and supporting materials for institutional stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of outputs across documents and slides for training AI language models
