Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced BI analysts to help train AI models by analyzing professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. You will design and refine dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data narratives for executive KPIs and monthly performance decks.

The role requires 4+ years in BI, fluency in SQL and at least one BI tool, plus exceptional written communication. This is a fully remote, flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, with start date ASAP and compensation at $80/hour.

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards and KPI reporting for business stakeholders
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool, turning data into decisions
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
