Qualifications

• Basic understanding of how recruiting works from coursework, an internship, or entry role.
• Strong command of written and spoken English for clear communication with stakeholders.
• Care with details: names, dates, titles and availability matter.
• Organised approach to manage multiple searches and rapid updates.
• Discretion handling sensitive candidate and mandate information.
• Willingness to learn sector specializations and ask direct questions when briefs are unclear.

Responsibilities

• Run the early stages of live searches: write role briefs and post roles.
• Screen CVs against partner brief requirements.
• Map talent for each mandate and track movements.
• Keep the applicant tracking system clean and current.
• Schedule and confirm interviews across time zones.
• Prepare briefing notes and shortlist summaries for partners.
