Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure based in the United Arab Emirates to shape core payment systems across markets and currencies. You will own the technical roadmap for rails, settlements, ledgers, and virtual accounts, partnering with Engineering, Treasury, and Compliance to ensure reliable, scalable money movement.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Product Management with 3+ in payment infrastructure, strong architecture fluency, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years in payment infrastructure or core banking/transaction platforms.
• Strong technical fluency for APIs, distributed systems, data consistency, and reliability.
• English fluency in professional context.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across markets/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure including rails, ledger systems, settlement engines and virtual accounts.
• Lead virtual accounts and Virtual IBAN infrastructure for customer payments.
• Prioritize technical needs and translate product requirements into architecture.
• Oversee integrations with banking partners, liquidity providers, and stablecoin networks.
• Define routing and currency conversion strategies and ensure timely settlement.
