Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related discipline.
• Proven ownership of product roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering products from concept through launch and post‑launch improvement.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment with ability to assess business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for automated payment controllership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align on priorities and execution.
• Drive multi‑year plans to expand automated reconciliation across processors and markets.
• Develop capabilities to validate processor and network charges against rate cards.
• Build automated reconciliation mechanisms to reduce manual reviews and leakage.
