Job summary

Napster Corp is seeking a remote Partner Account Manager for the MENA region. You will manage day-to-day partner relations, activation, and ongoing success across the partner ecosystem, coordinating with Channel/Partner managers and internal teams.

You will understand partners' business models, enablement needs, and go-to-market motions, ensuring a structured, high-quality partner experience and strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Partner Account Management, Channel/Alliances roles in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience managing strategic partner relationships across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for a portfolio of partners across MENA.
• Understand each partner's business, priorities, and go-to-market motions.
• Establish structured engagement cadences: check-ins, reviews, enablement follow-ups.
