Napster Corp seeks a Partner Account Manager to grow and manage our MENA partner ecosystem, coordinating with Channel and Partner Managers and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes structured onboarding, enablement, and ongoing activation across multiple partners.

You will translate partner priorities into go-to-market actions, build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive activation, pipeline, and commercial outcomes in a fast-moving, remote-enabled setup.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in partner/account management or a related role.
• Experience managing strategic partner relationships across geographies and workstreams.
• Strong commercial acumen with pipeline management and revenue focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in enterprise software or SaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for an assigned portfolio of partners across MENA.
• Understand each partner's business, priorities, capabilities, and go-to-market motion.
• Establish a structured engagement cadence including regular check-ins and business reviews.
• Coordinate product, sales, technical, and go-to-market enablement across internal teams.
• Track activation milestones and address blockers.
• Work with Partner Marketing on launches and activation initiatives.
• Support partner-led pursuits by coordinating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Maintain visibility into partner-sourced opportunities and next steps.
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase partner activity.
