Job summary

Napster Corp in Dubai is seeking a Partner Account Manager to lead the MENA partner ecosystem. You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement across strategic alliances.

Collaborating with Channel, Sales, and Solutions Engineering, you will enable partners, progress opportunities, and deliver structured cadence, governance, and scalable processes across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Partner/Channel management in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and revenue models.
• Structured, disciplined, with great follow-through.
• Experience in MENA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day partner relationships across MENA.
• Understand partners' business models and GTM motions.
• Establish structured engagement cadences and reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, enablement, and activation.
• Support partner-led opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain visibility into pipeline and partner performance.
