Napster seeks a Senior Partnership Manager – MENA, based in Dubai, to build and scale Napster’s strategic technology partnerships across the region. You will own senior relationships with hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, OEMs, and other partners, driving joint go-to-market, co-sell motions, and converting partnerships into pipeline and revenue.

• 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem development.

Responsabilidades

• Build Napster’s strategic partnership strategy across MENA.
• Own senior relationships with priority hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, OEMs, and technology partners.
• Lead and deepen the Microsoft relationship across the region, including executive engagement and co-sell activity.
• Identify new strategic technology partners to extend product, open markets, or accelerate adoption.
• Develop build-with, integrate-with, and go-to-market-with partnership models.
• Create joint solutions and propositions with partners for clear customer and commercial opportunities.
• Build partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and co-sell pipeline.
• Collaborate with global/regional system integrators on opportunities and solutions.
• Coordinate with partner marketing and enablement for joint campaigns and programs.
