Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Cold Email Outreach Specialist to own end-to-end outbound email campaigns, build targeted lists, write copy, and manage deliverability to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team.

You’ll optimize sequences, monitor metrics, and collaborate with SDRs while working remotely with US client hours. A data-driven approach and strong copywriting are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Cold Email Outreach, Outbound Lead Generation, SDR or Outbound Marketing.
• Experience writing cold email campaigns and managing multi-step sequences.
• Strong English writing and data-driven optimization mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine prospect lists using supported tools and ICP criteria.
• Write personalized cold email copy, subject lines, and CTAs for 4–8 touch sequences.
• Monitor inbox health, deliverability, and campaign performance daily.
• Qualify responses and hand off qualified prospects to sales.
• Maintain CRM records and document testing results and improvements.
