Job summary

talentbridgedubai is seeking a Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to drive lead generation, build relationships, and secure recruitment mandates for UAE and international clients. The role blends outreach, content, and CRM work in a hybrid setup.

You’ll leverage LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and AI-enabled tools to identify HR leaders and CEOs, nurture relationships, and schedule calls for the recruitment team. Strong writing and tech-savviness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lead generation and business development
• Strong LinkedIn networking and outreach skills
• Excellent writing for LinkedIn messages and email outreach
• Strong computer skills and quick learning of new software/tools
• Mandatory knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, integrations)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io or similar)
• Ability to follow up persistently and nurture relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with HR Directors, CEOs, and hiring managers on LinkedIn
• Send targeted LinkedIn requests and personalized messages
• Nurture relationships and set up introductory calls for recruitment team
• Engage with HR and business leaders' posts to boost visibility
• Build and manage an email outreach campaign to HR leaders and CEOs
