Job summary

Correlation One is seeking an Operations Analyst to support live online training programs, collaborating with program managers, instructors, and staff to ensure scalable, engaging courses for hundreds of learners. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, stakeholder communication, and a growth-focused mindset.

You will help launch admissions, monitor pipelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams while navigating ambiguity on a remote-first team that values initiative and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2 years full-time professional experience in operations or analytics.
• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications to large audiences.
• Experience managing cross-functional high-impact projects.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office; PowerPoint and Excel.
• Slack and Zoom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and launch of training programs including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional collaboration and client communication.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to run business operations focusing on data science and analytics training programs.
• Create a friendly professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to inquiries.
• Perform anecdotal and statistical analysis on product data to uncover actionable insights across channels and regions.
• Support learners with empathy and address technical issues; manage live class logistics.
