Job summary

RemoteHunter seeks a Customer Support Associate to drive learner engagement and deliver proactive student support for an online education client. The role involves outbound communications, CRM record-keeping, and guiding participants through their programs.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in customer support or learner engagement, hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot), strong communication skills, and availability to work EST hours (8 AM–4 PM).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer support or learner engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound welcome calls and reminders about class schedules and milestones.
• Engage inactive or disengaged learners to identify obstacles and provide support resources.
• Respond to student inquiries with clear, professional guidance via multiple channels.
• Record touchpoints, tickets, and engagement updates in the CRM accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student issues and collect testimonial feedback.
