Qualifications

• Experience in operations, tech operations, automation, or admin with strong technical skills.
• Strong technical background with scripting ability and automation experience.
• Excellent written English; writing candidate summaries, job ads and outreach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technical background or aptitude with ability to write basic Python scripts.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms and spreadsheets.
• Proactive, reliable and discreet.
• Prior experience in automation.

Responsibilities

• Write candidate summaries, profiles and job ads.
• Set up and check email outreach campaigns.
• Build and maintain candidate and client lists in our ATS/CRM.
• Research for ad hoc projects.
• Automate all processes end to end using AI tools.
• Scripting and automating workflows: data cleaning, list building, CRM imports/exports.
• Support LinkedIn company page content.
• Support key projects across technology and operations.
