Job summary

The Elite Job is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist – Customer Engagement Journeys to design and optimize customer communications across the lifecycle. You will craft personalized, multi-channel journeys, leverage marketing automation, and work with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

You will analyze performance, run experiments, and ensure campaigns align with brand and consent requirements while driving sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, customer engagement, or marketing automation is desirable.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages, audience segmentation, personalization, and retention marketing.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to create customer journey maps and translate business objectives into actionable campaigns.
• Strong written communication skills and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, optimization, and conversion rate improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, and reactivation.
• Map journeys across touchpoints and segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
• Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
• Build automated journeys (welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, renewal, re-engagement).
• Configure and maintain workflows in marketing automation platforms.
• Analyze engagement metrics and run experiments to improve conversion and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, support, and analytics teams to align campaigns.
