Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of the CRM lifecycle strategy across acquisition, retention, and travel communications. You will partner with Loyalty, Data, Technology, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles.
• Experience leading lifecycle/CRM strategies across multiple stages (acquisition, retention, travel communications).
• Strong analytical mindset with data-informed strategy and performance decisions.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams and cross-functional cooperation at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the CRM lifecycle strategy across Acquisition, Retention, and Travel Communications.
• Oversee lifecycle performance, definitions, tracking, and reporting of KPIs like acquisition, retention, engagement, churn, and lifetime value.
• Drive data-led decision-making and experimentation with Data and Analytics teams.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to CRM Managers and senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Loyalty, and Technology teams.
