You will manage multi-year relationships, analyse partner needs, provide training on company products, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and deliver regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within IT/fintech.
• Proven experience in managing or launching large IT systems.
• Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently on complex issues.
• Proactive approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech or IT-related education is a strong advantage.
