The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across core workflows like lesson plans, pacing guides, parent notes, and progress reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation; fluent in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, and pacing guides.
