Ethos is seeking experienced procurement specialists to help train a leading AI lab's language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor-scoring and evaluation matrices, supplier-contract and SLA review, spend-analysis reports, vendor-risk assessments, and category strategy and savings-pipeline reviews).
