Job summary

Ethos is recruiting experienced K-12 administrators to collaborate with a leading AI lab on training language models using professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across core workflows like lesson plans, pacing guides, parent notes, and progress reports.

It offers flexible remote hours and competitive compensation. Start date is ASAP, with a commitment of roughly 5–20 hours per week (or more on request).

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation; fluent in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced school administrators who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for school administrators with 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.

Compensation

$80/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
