Qualifications

Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support.
Familiarity with Windows/macOS troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support remotely via email, chat, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot Windows, software issues, performance problems, and installation problems.
Assist with Microsoft 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel.
Resolve basic account access and password reset issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and DNS-related issues.
Support peripherals: printers, monitors, keyboards, mice.
Document support requests, steps, and resolutions accurately.
Follow IT security policies and report suspicious emails or incidents.
Escalate complex issues needing admin access or advanced troubleshooting.
Onboard/offboard employees per IT procedures.
Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely responses.
