Job summary

Honor Technology's Home Instead division is seeking a results-driven sales and client services professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, assess family needs, and present compassionate care options from a remote-enabled location in Dubai.

You will work in a metrics-driven environment, meet sales targets, use Salesforce to track activity, and collaborate with families and caregivers to match the right home care solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Empathetic communicator with sales execution.
• Experience working remotely.
• Healthcare/home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families.
• Listen deeply to client needs and match them to care solutions.
• Clearly communicate services, ask for commitment, and schedule follow-up consultations.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics including call volume, conversion rates, and quality standards.
• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track activity and follow up consistently.
