Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' residences and manage their treatment plans according to physicians' directions.
• Administer medications, insulin, and perform BP, glucose, urine, and stool tests.
• Assess wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Evaluate for muscle weakness, bedsores, and signs of infection.
• Listen to family concerns and address their questions.
• Educate caregivers and family on aftercare and ongoing treatment.
• Provide guidance to physicians and family on care improvements.
• Monitor patient recovery and prepare records for the physician.
• Follow healthcare developments and participate in required workshops.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve care plans.
