Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an HRIS Sales Development Representative to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and engaging potential clients through calls, emails, and events.

You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor solutions and maintain robust pipeline records. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus, with a hybrid remote policy in place.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, HR or IT-related fields.
• Strong experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions.
• Good knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for HRIS solutions.
• Conduct market research to target clients in the Dubai region.
• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and networking events.
• Present HRIS solutions to prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
• Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
