Ethos is an expert network connecting investors with talent for paid advisory calls and engagements. We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to train our latest AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations, and can create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across pitch decks, data room indexes, investor memos, cap tables, and LP reports.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for startup fundraising.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated fundraising documents across decks, memos, and cap tables.
