Ethos is a new expert network connecting professionals with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls and advisory opportunities. We seek corporate finance advisors with deep startup fundraising and LP-facing experience to shape AI-assisted documents, decks, and memos on a flexible, part-time basis.

Compensation is $100/hour with 5-20 hours per week, fully remote. Start date ASAP for candidates with proven track records in venture funds, capital raising, and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for startup fundraising or LP-facing platforms.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and reporting standards LPs/institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Collaborate with investors and startups to optimize fundraising materials and memos.
