Job summary

Ethos is seeking venture capital associates to help train an AI model by producing high‑quality fundraising documents, decks, and memos. This flexible, fully remote role fits someone with 5+ years in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations and a penchant for precise document craft. Workload is 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Compensation is $100 per hour. You will create pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, and LP reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated investment documents, decks, and memos across core fundraising workflows.
• Evaluate and improve investor communications such as cap tables, term sheets, and LP reports.
• Collaborate with researchers and investors on deliverables and quality control.
