Ethos is seeking fundraising and investor relations professionals with 5+ years in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations to craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investor documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.

This flexible, remote engagement offers $100/hour for 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and the chance to shape cap tables, term sheets, LP reports, and memos while collaborating with a network of investors.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investor documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of fundraising materials for startup fundraising and LP reporting
